A Practical Utility Room and Modern Bathroom Upgrade in New Malden, KT3
This project focused on improving two important areas of the home: the utility room and the bathroom. Both spaces needed to be practical, easy to use and finished to a clean standard.
The utility room was upgraded with new fitted cabinets, drawers, worktop, sink, washing machine space, tiling, pipework, wiring and decorating. The bathroom was renewed with new tiling, shower enclosure, toilet, vanity basin, heated towel rail, pipework, wiring and finishing details.
The result is a pair of fresh, useful and better-organised rooms that feel more modern while still being practical for everyday family use.
